Optimizing your twin slush machine is easy once you understand the two core modes: Day Mode for freezing and selling, and Night Mode for chilling and protecting your product. Here's how to switch between them
Day Mode
Day Mode is your operational setting, it's when the machine is actively freezing slush. To ensure your machine is running in Day Mode, check that the following five switches are all set to the ON position:"
Main Power Switch: The Main Power Switch is ON.
Freezing/Refrigeration: The Main Freeze or Refrigeration Switch is ON to actively make slush.
Light: The Light Switch is ON to illuminate your product displays.
Left Motor: The Left Gear Motor is ON to mix the left side.
Right Motor: The Right Gear Motor is ON to mix the right side.
With all these switches ON, your machine is running at full capacity.
Night Mode
Night Mode is designed to keep your product chilled without fully freezing it, saving energy and protecting your machine from damage overnight. This mode utilizes a simple change to the refrigeration switch."
To activate Night Mode:
Click the Main Refrigeration Switch upwards to the position shown in the images. This effectively puts the unit into a chilled, non-freezing state.
You will notice the lights automatically turn OFF in this mode.
It is critical that the Left and Right Gear Motors remain running in Night Mode. This constant mixing prevents the slush from freezing solid and causing damage to the motors or gears. The machine is now safe, chilled, and ready for Day Mode in the morning
