Day Mode
Optimizing your triple slush machine for efficiency and protection is simple. We'll show you how to safely switch between Day Mode for freezing and selling, and Night Mode for chilled product maintenance
Main Power Switch: The Main Power Switch is ON.
Freezing/Refrigeration: The Main Freeze or Refrigeration Switch is ON to actively make slush.
Light: The Light Switch is ON to illuminate your product displays.
Left Motor: The Left Gear Motor is ON to mix the left bowl.
Right Motor: The Right Gear Motor is ON to mix the right bowl.
Middle Motor: And finally, the Middle Gear Motor is ON to mix the center bowl.
With all these switches ON, your machine is running at full freezing capacity.
Night Mode
Night Mode is designed to keep your product chilled overnight, saving energy and protecting your machine from freezing solid. The steps are the same as Day Mode, with one crucial adjustment.
To activate Night Mode:
Click the Main Refrigeration Switch upwards to the position shown in the images. This puts the unit into a chilled, non-freezing state.
The Light Switch will turn OFF.
It is critical that the Left, Right, and Middle Gear Motors remain running in Night Mode. This constant slow mixing prevents the slush from turning into solid ice, which could cause serious damage to your gears and motors. Your product is now safely chilled and ready to freeze in the morning.
