Step-by-Step Machine Reassembly:
The first step is placing the spiral beater gasket back into place. Make sure to use lubrication here for a proper seal before inserting the gasket.
Next, gently place the bowl basket to the back of the evaporator tube.
Now, place the spiral blade back into position. Ensure you lubricate the end of the spiral before it slides into place.
Place the handle spring back into the handle shaft.
Be sure to lubricate the piston plunger before securing it in place with the handle and pin.
A crucial step to prevent leaks, don't forget to place the sealing ring back to the front of the bowl.
Before the bowl returns to the base tray, ensure there is enough lubrication around the back opening of the bowl. Then, push the feet into position to secure the bowl in place.
If you are placing syrup into the bowl at this stage, always remember to add the lid back on! Your machine is now clean, correctly assembled, and ready to use!
