Keeping your carbonated machine stocked is simple! This guide shows you how to safely and correctly refill a barrel to ensure perfect slush quality every time.
1. Initiating the Refill
To begin, open the machine's front panel.
On the display screen, select the barrel you wish to refill and scroll down to the refill button. Select the correct option for the type of slush in your machine.
The screen should now display an image guiding you through the next step and showing you the correct fill line.
2. The Filling Process
You will need a cup or a bucket ready for any overflow or drips.
Place the cup or bucket under the vent. Now, pull the ring towards you until the barrel is filled precisely to the fill line shown on the display screen.
Once full, release the ring. If you notice the vent is leaking, simply twist the ring firmly into the correct position to stop the drip.
3. Freezing and Final Check
Once the barrel is filled, you can now press NEXT on the screen and begin the freezing process.
The freezing process will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Remember, for a carbonated machine, you must make sure the lights are OUT before serving, this indicates the slush has fully carbonated and is ready to be dispensed.
